New York City Drafting plans for board submission
We work with several registered architects in NYC that can create new floor plans and obtain Construction Permits. When renovating or remodeling a kitchen, bathroom or under going a complete gut remodel, a new floor plan is not always required but always a good idea to have completed to ensure any potential construction issues. On larger projects, Co-Op buildings will require plans to be submitted for review.
Architects produce all required documents and applications to obtain permits and the Certificate of Completion after construction work is completed as well as the inspection of reports and applications that must be submitted and approved by the Department of Buildings.
